The round dial to select the type of load (delicate, normal, etc.) keeps blinking and the red light that says clean filter is lit, the filter and all the exhaust connections are completely clean. So it will not go on when power button is hit

Hi,

Many thanks for sharing the valuable information with us.My name is Himanshu and I would work along with Rofel to provide best feasible assistance feasible.

Please try the below mentioned steps and let us know how it goes.
1.Unplug the unit, push and hold the start/pause button for 8-10 seconds, then reconnect the unit.
2. Empty the lint filter if you find lint on your clothes. You should remove and clean the lint screen after every cycle to keep your dryer running efficiently. Try not to mix lint producing fabrics like towel and chenille with lint attracting fabrics such as corduroy. Excess lint is also caused by overloading the dryer or tissue left in the pockets of clothes.
->Remove the lint filter. Pulled most of the lint out of inside where lint screen goes.Clean the vent all the way to the outside. The dryer will take 4-5 loads to reset the filter sensor.

Thanks,
Himanshu

I have already cleaned the lint filter all the way outside, we even took the vent hose off to make sure nothing was there. I did not try shutting the machine off but will do that tonight when I get home and let you know tomorrow if it starts.

Hi,

Many thanks for your prompt response.Do try the above step and besides it might be worth checking if the Child Lock has been enabled by mistake.

Normally Pressing and holding the DRY LEVEL button for 3 seconds locks it to prevent children from changing it,a single beep tone is heard and CL is displayed.

Unlock: Press and hold the DRY LEVEL button for 3 seconds to unlock if it is locked. The indicator light turns off.

We would wait for your response once you are at Home and would get a chance to test the same.

Thanks Himanshu
